Makeup applications and makeup lessons are done in El Cerrito at Julianne’s home studio.
** If you’d like us to come to your house (or location of choice in the Oakland/Berkeley area) there is a fee of $10 (per artist). Outside this area, please inquire for travel fee.
Makeup application takes about 45 minutes to an hour on average.
Makeup lesson takes about an hour to 1.5 hours on average.
